Burger Institute is an emerging and exciting burger chain, currently with a restaurant at Forest Lake and Milton, with plans in place for several more and franchising in the future.

Burger Institute is not like other burger restaurants. Our motto sums us up perfectly – “Chef Inspired Burger Creations”. Our burgers are not just the standard beef patty, tomato sauce, pickles, mustard (all American) – they are chef creations between a bun, designed by our Executive Chef.

We make our own sauces and dressings in house, our ingredients are fresh, we roll our own patties (no fillers – 100% MSA Grain Fed Angus Beef sourced direct from the Southern Darling Downs of QLD), we slow cook meats (pork shoulder & beef brisket) in house, then our chef pulls the meats.

We have 22 burgers on the menu and regular rotating specials just to mix it up! A large variety to suit everyone!

We have a gluten free bun that can be combined with ALL of our burgers to create a totally gluten free meal!

We cater for the vegetarians, kids meal deals, fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate, provide a comfortable and vibrant setting with a happy, bubbly and welcoming team of Burgerologists that make it a great customer experience!

We’re also a licensed venue with a great range of local craft beers, wine, spirits, Hanks Root Beer and can cater for large in house functions, parties or events!

Burger Institute was established to create a differentiator in the burger market, make a positive difference and break the stereotyped hospitality mould! Creating a positive dining experience with carefully selected team members that are vibrant, happy, welcoming, love coming to “work” and understand our family orientated values. These values are extended to our team of Burgerologists and our customers.
